Cancellation tiers

More than 48 hours before travel: Full refund eligible (subject to admin verification).
12–48 hours before travel: 50% refund eligible.
Less than 12 hours before travel: No refund — booking treated as non-refundable.

No-show: 0% refund unless otherwise stated on your voucher.

Partner commissions may be reversed up to 100% on approved cancellations.
